Proudly South African Video

PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN VIDEO: Your Weekly Mood Booster

There’s a song I often listen to on my way to work that not only psyches me up for the day ahead, but genuinely makes me feel Proudly South African and reminds me what a great country we live in. I’ve been wanting to create a video around this song for a while now with the aim of instilling patriotic sentiments and warm & fuzzy feelings in the hearts and minds of all South Africans near and far.

My hope is that this video will give new vigor to what it means to be proudly South African, will make foreigners to our shores feel welcome, and will keep all South Africans positive about their country. Enjoy.

Nice country, pity about the government.

I can’t return home because I want to give my kids a future.

  6. Galen Schultz says:

Yes the government sucks, yes there’s crime, yes there are unfair racial policies in place; but the truth of the matter is that the government is not entirely responsible for these things.

There are plenty of positive things about the country to be proud of – things that the gov. can’t touch. It is also the people and their attitudes that make it worth living here (not everyone, but enough).

There’s plenty of opportunity if you have the right attitude and believe that it’s there :-)

It is great to see another person that is positive about South Africa and Proudly South African! South Africa has a great future and it will succeed. Every country has it’s own problems.

South Africa rocks, the police service’s are improving, the crime level’s are dropping and it is a wonderful country.

We have started a campaign in South Africa called #smashnegativity and started #smashnegativityfriday and today is the 1st day of this campaign. Visist #smashnegativityfriday on Facebook to see what it is all about. Keep flying our flag high!
